2. Authorized Access & Account Provisioning
Access to the ScalpLens terminal is strictly controlled by administrative provisioning. Accounts and cryptographic session credentials are non-transferable and are tied to authorized operator hardware identifiers (device binding). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication tokens and credentials.
3. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
The Service is provided solely for internal market scanning and analytical decision support. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary signal generation algorithms.
- Scrape, redistribute, syndicate, or republish ScalpLens alert feeds to third-party channels.
- Circumvent or tamper with session rate-limiting, authentication tokens, or device fingerprints.
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable local or international financial regulations.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DATA FEEDS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF LATENCY ANOMALIES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCALPLENS, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
